Robert Potter (Member)
Robert was born and raised in Fairfield, Alabama. His father was a very big influence in his life. His dad worked two jobs, which taught him the principles of responsibility and hard work. These same characteristics are what Robert leans on in representing his clients.
Robert has represented hundreds of individuals and families in a number of different type cases all throughout the State of Alabama and the southeast. Robert has served as co-class counsel in cases. He has also recovered millions of dollars for injury victims who are involved in tractor trailer crashes, vehicle crashes, defective products or claims resulting from premises liability from trials and/or settlements.
Married with two children, Robert is actively working to better the legal profession. He is currently a member of the Birmingham Bar Grievance Committee (second term), American Association of Justice and the Alabama Association of Justice.
Robert maintains a Preeminent AV ranking amongst his peers and clients. Robert is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
